Biography
Specialist in structuring and developing greenfield and brownfield projects and related transactions for all infrastructure sectors including construction, energy, oil and gas, ports, airports, highways, railways, urban mobility, mining, maritime and offshore. Alexandre has experience in drafting and negotiating complex contracts (EPC, EPCM, O&M, BOT, take or pay), contract and pre-litigation management, and M&A operations involving infrastructure assets. He advises investors and financial institutions on project risk analysis. He was an international associate of Milbank LLP in London and is a member of associations such as the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC); Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb UK); International Society of Construction Law (SCL); Brazilian Association of Infrastructure and Industry (ABDIB) and Brazilian Institute of Construction Law (IBDIC).
Alexandre was also a professor at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ).
