Alex Morris leads our wealth planning practice group. He specialises in advising companies on national and international fiscal planning, as well as on international taxation.
He assists clients in designing the most appropriate legal structures to organise our clients’ patrimony, in compliance with current regulations. He counsels on the preparation of shareholders’ agreements in closed companies or equity groups, family protocols, good corporate governance structures, asset protection, selling companies, fiscal planning, corporate compliance and estates.
Alex is the former president of the Peruvian Institute of Tax Law, vice president of the Peruvian chapter of the International Fiscal Association. He collaborates with Tax Notes International.
