Alessandra has been working for over 15 years on matters involving corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, particularly in the area of listed companies, with extensive experience with Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (Comissão de Valores Mobiliários) and São Paulo Stock Exchange (B3 SA – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão) regulatory requirements, on issues including corporate governance, shareholder relations, executive compensation, employees’ policies and risk oversight, as well as structuring public offerings, corporate restructuring and defence strategies in administrative proceedings brought by the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission.
