Biography
Alejandro Perelsztein is a partner in the banking and capital markets department.
He advises banks, funds and corporations in local and international capital markets transactions, bank lending, acquisition finance, financing of infrastructure and energy projects.
He has participated in a significant number of transactions related to debt securities (sovereign/sub-sovereign and corporate) as well as shares/ADRs.
