He has been a partner T Basham, Ringe y Correa, SC since 2006 and he is currently based in the firm’s Mexico City office and he is an active member of the executive committee. He is well known for his expertise in white-collar crime and has provided legal counselling to various leading global and Mexican corporations and institutions.
Education
In 1994, he graduated from the Universidad Nuevo Mundo in Mexico City. In 2003, he obtained a postgraduate degree at the Universidad Panamericana in criminal and civil law, legal procedures and the law that is applicable to amparo actions. He has a diploma in Spanish Trial Skills 2009 from the Institute for Criminal Defense Advocacy of the California Western School of Law.
