Focuses on tax planning, consulting, and tax strategy, both nationally and internationally, including corporate and individual taxation, among others.

Member of, and active participant in the Mexican Bar Association, the International Tax Committee of the College of Mexican Public Accountants, the National Association of Corporate Attorneys, Mexican Chapter of the International Fiscal Association, and of the Fulbright Scholars Association.

Author of various articles and co-author of the book, Introduction to International Taxation.

Education

Graduated from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico with specialised postgraduate studies at the Universidad Panamericana in intellectual property and in constitutional, commercial, tax and administrative law. Has a master’s degree in international taxation from New York University and studied under a Fulbright scholarship. Candidate for the doctor of laws degree from the Universidad Panamericana.
