Biography
Adriana Espinosa is a partner in the infrastructure practice. She has extensive experience in the structuring of infrastructure projects, in conjunction with tender and selection processes in general, as well as ongoing assistance in the drafting of contracts, which includes negotiation processes of agreements and amendments with the grantors or contracting parties and advice and management of administrative penalty proceedings and the relevant judicial proceedings that take place.
Adriana also has extensive experience in the design and drafting of EPC contracts and follow-up of the relevant contractual performance. She has also advised companies in the energy sector in Colombia that have initiated globalisation processes. She has excellent negotiation and public relations skills that have enabled her to assist clients involved in infrastructure concessions of all kinds in Colombia, such as roads and ports, airports and railways.
She is a specialist professor at the University of Rosario.
