Member of the Mexican Bar Association, particularly the Constitutional Rights Committee and of the Mexican Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property.
Professional experience
Partner of the firm since July 2008 in the area of intellectual property in the Mexico City office. Actively involved in amparo actions before the federal courts for the protection of intellectual property rights against falsification and unfair competition, constitutional proceedings (amparo) focus on administrations subjects particularly in intellectual property and antitrust cases.
Education
Graduated from Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico and has taken postgraduate studies in corporate law and amparo actions at the Universidad Panamericana.
