Main areas of practice
Banking and capital markets: the firm represents local and international clients in all aspects of financing transactions. TRSyM also provides support on national and international tax planning for clients’ business structures and financing alternatives. It also advises corporate clients on import and exports in connection with tariff classification, customs valuation, import restrictions, reimbursements and other incentives to exports, dumping investigations, subsidies, quotas and safeguards.
