Banking: We advise on bank licensing and regulation, including numerous high-profile Latin American bank mergers. We also act for a number of Latin American financial institutions with respect to bond issues, medium-term note and commercial paper programmes.

Corporate: Clients include petrochemical entities, steel producers, mining companies, airlines, digital and online service providers and other industrials and corporates in the region. We have extensive experience in equity capital markets and project and asset finance, having acted on a number of high-profile IPOs and SPACs, infrastructure projects, gas pipeline and oil platform transactions, aircraft and ship financings, large M&A transactions and joint venture/shareholder arrangements.

Dispute resolution and insolvency: We have acted on numerous high-profile and complex commercial disputes, offering a broad range of litigation, regulatory, expert witness and alternative dispute resolution services. We also advise office-holders, major institutional lenders, investors and debtors on relevant aspects of complex restructurings as well as contentious and non-contentious cross-border insolvencies.
