Holland & Knight is one of the few US-based firms with full-service capabilities in Mexico. The attorneys in our Mexico City and Monterrey offices are an integral part of our Latin America Practice, have substantial experience across all Mexican business sectors and well-established working relationships with leaders in Mexico’s business and government sectors. Our attorneys have assisted the Mexican government in the analysis, design and drafting of key legislation and regulation currently in place, as well as the implementation of several infrastructure projects.

Our Mexico team provides sophisticated legal services and a multidisciplinary practice that includes lawyers highly knowledgeable in financial services, corporate services, energy, technology, media and communications, real estate, intellectual property, labour and employment, litigation, arbitration and tax.

Our attorneys have participated in several of Mexico's most significant and pioneering transactions, including designing structures for several large-scale deals that are considered to be a standard in the financial markets.
