In January 2023, Cuatrecasas integrated Rico, Robles y Libenson (RRL), adding a team of lawyers highly specialised in transactional and regulatory matters, which strengthens our capacity in the country.
We have been present in Colombia since 2016. Our office offers expert advice with a strong focus on transactional work, infrastructure and energy, among others.
In 2019, we opened our Lima office, where we provide a customised service with a team of highly qualified lawyers, covering the main areas of business law.
In 2020, we opened our office in Santiago de Chile, completing our presence in the Pacific Alliance countries.
