Bain Capital acquires engineering assets from Rolls-Royce
US private investment fund Bain Capital has hired Cuatrecasas in Madrid and Mexico City and BMA - Barbosa Müssnich Aragão in São Paulo to acquire Industria de Turbo Propulsores Aero (ITP Aero), an aerospace and engine component supplier, from Rolls-Royce for 1.7 billion Euros (US$2 billion).
