Argentina's CLISA inks US$322 million consent solicitation

Clifford Chance LLP in New York and São Paulo and CROZ Roberts | Domínguez | Carassai Tax & Legal in Buenos Aires have helped Argentine infrastructure group Compañía Latinoamericana de Infraestructura & Servicios (CLISA) sign a consent solicitation agreement with bondholders to extend the maturity of existing debt worth US$322 million.
