Brazilian oil company 3R Petroleum has enlisted Milbank in New York and São Paulo and local firm Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr e Quiroga Advogados to sell shares for 2.4 billion reais (US$437 million) in a follow-on offering on the B3 stock exchange.

Three firms in US$2.4 billion co-investment for Oi asset
BTG Pactual and its affiliated telecoms company Globenet have hired Pinheiro Neto Advogados, while Warrington Investment enlisted Stocche Forbes, to co-invest 12.8 billion reais (US$2.4 billion) in V.Tal, the spinoff that holds Brazilian telecoms group Oi's fibre optic business.
