IHS Towers buys more telecoms assets in Brazil

Multinational infrastructure group IHS Towers has relied on Allen & Overy LLP in New York and São Paulo and Brazilian firm Souza, Mello e Torres to purchase a portfolio of assets from local telecoms company Grupo TorreSur (GTS) for US$315 million.
