British automotive company Inchcape has enlisted Herbert Smith Freehills in London, Claro & Cía in Santiago, Brigard Urrutia in Bogotá, Bolivian firm PPO Abogados and Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano Abogados in Lima to acquire Chilean counterpart Derco for £1.3 billion (US$1.5 billion).
