Cosan raises US$800 million through debt tap and tender offer
Brazilian energy group Cosan has hired Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in New York and São Paulo and Brazilian firm Pinheiro Neto Advogados to issue US$550 million worth of bonds, before launching a US$250 million tender offer to buy back its outstanding debt.
