GIC and Carlyle sell stakes in Brazil’s Rede D’Or

Singaporean sovereign wealth fund GIC and US private equity group Carlyle have hired Demarest Advogados and Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr e Quiroga Advogados, respectively, to sell their shares in Brazilian private hospital group Rede D’Or São Luiz for 2.6 billion reais (US$501 million).
