BTG Pactual and its affiliated telecoms company Globenet have hired Pinheiro Neto Advogados, while Warrington Investment enlisted Stocche Forbes, to co-invest 12.8 billion reais (US$2.4 billion) in V.Tal, the spinoff that holds Brazilian telecoms group Oi's fibre optic business.
