Stocche Forbes and BMA - Barbosa, Müssnich, Aragão have helped Omega Geração and Omega Desenvolvimento undergo a corporate reorganisation, merging  the two renewables businesses into Omega Energia, a company that is now worth 10.6 billion reais (US$1.98 billion).
