Nadia Demoliner Lacerda is a labour and immigration attorney with both a master’s degree and a PhD. Her academic contributions include two books centered on workplace health and safety, and global migration practices, further enriched by numerous chapters and articles on labour and immigration topics. Nadia's expertise covers a range of labour and immigration matters, including international intercompany transfers and contractual frameworks for both domestic and international telecommuting arrangements. She is proficient in human resources advisory, structuring compensation programmes, devising internal policies on privacy, non-competition, profit-sharing, stock option plans, internal investigation related with bullying and harassment and negotiating collective bargaining agreements with unions. Moreover, she adeptly oversees administrative investigations by Public Labour Prosecutors and intricate litigation throughout the Brazilian labour courts. Nadia plays an instrumental role as a counselor for FIESP's Superior Council of Labor Relations, focusing on corporate immigration research. She is also affiliated with ABEMMI – the Brazilian Association of Experts in Migration and International Mobility, the Academia Paulista de Direito do Trabalho, and the Law Committee of the Brazilian Association of Human Resources, among other respected institutions.
