Biography
Lilian has worked for over 26 years with some of the largest national and international companies in the region by assisting them in mergers, acquisitions, privatisations, financing and tax planning transactions.
She has advised international financial institutions in the structuring of loans and guarantees, as well as multinational companies.
Lilian advises companies on their corporate structures, corporate governance, as well as regulatory and restructuring issues, accompanying them in their expansion processes inside and outside the country. She has advised boards in different areas, including corporate, financial and fiscal areas of practice.
She has coordinated acquisition and expansion projects in Central America and Mexico.
Lilian holds a juris doctor degree from the Dr José Matías Delgado University and is authorised as a practising attorney and a notary public by the Supreme Court of Justice of El Salvador. She attended postgraduate studies in corporate and commercial law at the University of Salamanca, Spain, and the programme of instruction for lawyers at Harvard Law School.
She oversees the pro bono activities at the firm and is very active providing advice to non-governmental organisations and institutions. She is also a committed lawyer, supporting empowerment of women in the country.

- technology, media and telecommunications.
