Fanny oversees Arias’ litigation and arbitration department in Honduras; she directs the labour department, a practice area in which she has extensive experience.

Further, she is the coordinator of the administrative and immigration department of the firm. Also, she has vast experience in public procurement and administrative procedures, including the processing of challenges in administrative proceedings.

Likewise, she has extensive experience in corporate and commercial advice, with a focus on distribution, representation and agency, as well as related commercial relations.

She also oversees the pro bono activities at the firm, and she is committed and very active.  She is pro bono legal adviser to the Foundation of the Burned Child and a member of its board of directors; she also advises the Un Techo para mi País Foundation (TECHO), serving as legal representative in the country.

Fanny has a law degree from the National Autonomous University of Honduras with an emphasis on commercial law and a master’s degree in international business law from the University of Barcelona.

Her main practice areas are:

  • administrative and constitutional law;
  • corporate and commercial law;
  • labour law and business immigration; and
  • dispute resolution, litigation and arbitration.
