Raisbeck, Lara, Rodriguez & Rueda wins trademark saga for Cartier
The French watchmaker-jeweller Cartier International BV (Cartier) has won an eight-year-long battle to get the Colombian clothing trademark André Cartier & Label banned. Baker & McKenzie affiliate Raisbeck, Lara, Rodriguez & Rueda obtained the favourable ruling for Cartier despite dogged opposition from the Colombian Trademark Office. The final decision was delivered on February 12.
