Publisher's ICSID award against Chile annulled in part
The ad hoc committee in ICSID's longest-running case has annulled part of a 2008 award that ordered Chile to pay 97-year-old publisher Victor Pey Casado US$10 million in damages for discriminating against him when doling out compensation for Pinochet-era expropriations.
