Colombia’s ISA acquires 4G toll road for US$528 million

Clifford Chance LLP in New York, São Paulo and London and Brigard Urrutia in Bogotá have helped the Chilean subsidiary of Colombian conglomerate Interconexión Eléctrica (ISA) buy a toll road concession in northern Colombia for US$528 million.
