Prieto advises main contractor in largest inner city toll road concession in Chile

Santiago firm Prieto y Cía is representing Constructora Norte Sur SA, a special-purpose construction company formed by the Spanish company Dragados, the Swedish SADE-Skanska and the Chilean companies Brotec and Belfi. Constructura Norte Sur is undertaking construction of the Norte Sur, a 25-mile long highway, as well as the 12-mile General Velásquez highway.
