Political crisis won’t hinder Brazilian M&A activity, say lawyers
With the impeachment of President Dilma Rousseff in doubt following an eleventh-hour annulment, Brazil’s M&A lawyers are confident that whatever the outcome of the country’s political crisis an infrastructural deficit and political unanimity on the need to restore investor confidence in Brazil are some of the reasons to remain optimistic about what the second half of 2016 has in store for M&A activity.
