Paraguay faces arbitration claim over stalled bus network
A Portuguese construction group has filed a US$25 million United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) claim against Paraguay over the state’s failure to deliver land for the construction of a high-speed bus network in its capital Asunción.
