Vista Energy sells hydrocarbon assets to Argentina's Aconcagua

Bruchou & Funes de Rioja has helped the Argentine arm of Mexico’s Vista Energy ink a US$400 million agreement to hand operational rights of several of its hydrocarbon and transport concessions to local oil company Aconcagua.
