Machado Meyer Advogados has helped Brazilian electricity company Neoenergia sell its stake in a hydropower plant to Eletrobras subsidiary Baguari Energia for 453 million reais (US$90 million).

Three Stocche Forbes Advogados offices have helped a fund owned by Singaporean investor acquire a stake in the transmission subsidiary of Brazilian power company Neoenergia for 1.2 billion reais (US$243 million), allowing the two parties to form a new investment platform.
