Macquarie buys Mexican pipeline assets from Spanish sellers

Australian investor Macquarie Infrastructure Partners has turned to Cuatrecasas (Mexico) and Galicia Abogados in Mexico City to purchase the local gas pipeline operations of Spanish energy company Elecnor and its subsidiary Enagás for US$173 million.
