Fibra Prologis raises funds and refinances sustainable loan

Mexican real estate investment trust Fibra Prologis has hired several US and local firms to raise 6.9 billion pesos (US$388 million) in an offering of real estate trust certificates (CBFIs), shortly after it refinanced a US$400 million sustainability-linked credit facility.

Macquarie buys Mexican pipeline assets from Spanish sellers

Australian investor Macquarie Infrastructure Partners has turned to Cuatrecasas (Mexico) and Galicia Abogados in Mexico City to purchase the local gas pipeline operations of Spanish energy company Elecnor and its subsidiary Enagás for US$173 million.

Mijares stars in Grupo Aeroportuario Centro Norte issuance

Mijares, Angoitia, Cortés y Fuentes SC has acted as deal counsel in the 3.2 billion Mexican pesos (US$171 million) issuance of sustainable bonds by Mexican airport operator Grupo Aeroportuario Centro Norte (OMA).
