Mellos Torres has helped Brazilian renewables group Casa dos Ventos get antitrust approval for its 4.2 billion reais (US$858 million) joint venture with the local subsidiary of Luxembourg steelmaker ArcelorMittal to develop a wind energy project in the northeastern state of Bahia.
