Odinsa enters Ecuador in airport deal
Mayer Brown LLP’s Chicago and New York offices, Ecuador’s Pérez Bustamante & Ponce Abogados, Garrigues (Colombia), Uruguayan firm Sanguinetti & Asociados, Walkers in the British Virgin Islands and LEX Caribbean in Barbados have helped Colombian infrastructure group Odinsa buy a 50 per cent equity stake in Quito’s Mariscal Sucre International Airport, sharing it with Brazilian toll road operator CCR.
