Mexico's COFECE issues maximum fines against ferry companies
Mexico’s Federal Economic Competition Commission has sanctioned three ferry companies and three individuals a total of 45.2 million pesos (US$2.2 million) for price fixing and market segmentation – and imposed twice the amount of its usual maximum fines on two individuals it accused of being recidivists.
