Mexico’s antitrust leniency plan will “undermine basic principles”
Mexico’s proposed leniency and immunity guidelines do not create sufficient limitations on revoking leniency, nor sufficient safeguards for applicants to prevent such revocations, the American Bar Association (ABA) has said.
