Mexican state utility faces bid to enforce hydro arbitration award
A Chinese-Mexican consortium has applied to a US court to enforce a US$225 million London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) award against a Mexican state utility arising from a thwarted project to construct a hydroelectric power plant.
