Valentina Venturelli is a local partner in Baker & McKenzie’s Santiago office. She has more than nine years of experience dealing with intellectual and industrial property matters, particularly in the prosecution and registration of trademarks and patents of invention in Chile and foreign countries.
Ms Venturelli’s practice focuses on intellectual and industrial property matters, and prosecution and surveillance of trademarks in foreign countries. In connection with trademarks in Chile, she counsels national and international clients in relation to the fulfillment of requirements by the National Industrial Property Institute and international classification, among others. Ms Venturelli also has experience in consultancy regarding coexistence agreements, consumer law and advertisement, licence agreements, distribution agreements, as well as filing and prosecution of IP rights in Chile and foreign countries in accordance with several international treaties.
