Biography

Jaime Munro is a transactional lawyer with extensive experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, capital markets, corporate finance, securitisations and major infrastructure projects. He provides corporate and securities advice to multinational and Chilean companies. Mr Munro has presented at a number of conferences on issues regarding M&A, securitisation and real estate investments.
