Luis Miguel Elías is partner and head of our Mining practice area. He is a graduate lawyer from Pontificia Catholic University of Peru and specialises in mergers and acquisitions, project finance, corporate finance, securities and mining.
Luis Miguel has been an international associate at the New York office of Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett LLP.
As a law student he represented Pontificia Catholic University of Peru in the WTO dispute settlement simulation as member of the Dumping and Subsidies Committee at the Harvard National Model of United Nations held in Boston in February 2005.
