Biography

José Miguel Rioseco is a corporate law partner and leads the real estate practice at the Santiago de Chile office.

He has broad experience in real estate transactions for investment, development, financing, construction and marketing in all sectors of the industry (residential, offices, shopping malls, tourism and hotels, ports), and in corporate mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, hotel operating agreements and port concessions.

He also provides recurring advice to investment fund managers on regulatory matters, investments and financing, to holders of public port concessions and to family businesses on restructuring processes.

José Miguel Rioseco is a member of the Chilean Bar Association.
