Felipe Boisset is senior partner and co-heads of the M&A practice area of our firm. He holds an LLM in securities and financial regulation from Georgetown University. Also, he is a graduate lawyer from the University of Lima. He is also admitted to practise in the State of New York.
He has vast experience in corporate, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, credit and financial transactions, as well as in foreign investment, privatisations and concessions.
Felipe has been an international associate at the New York office of Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett LLP.
He is a former corporate law professor at the University of Lima.
He is a former member of Ferrero, Lema, Solari & Asociados, and Muñiz, Forsyth, Ramírez, Pérez-Taiman & Luna Victoria law firms. He has also been legal adviser of the former Vice-Minister of Foreign and Tourism on commercial and corporate matters.
