Milana Martins has extensive experience in the representation of Brazilian and foreign clients in the negotiation and structuring of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and formation of joint ventures in different sectors of the economy, such as telecommunications, energy, mining, financial and infrastructure. She also counsels clients in corporate reorganisations, corporate disputes and in matters related to the Securities Market (including in regard to the regulations issued by the Brazilian Securities Commission), corporate governance and general corporate and contract law.

Education: LLB, Law School of the University of São Paulo; postgraduate degree in taxation, Centro de Extensão Universitária.
