Biography

Specialist in disputes prevention and resolution before the Judiciary, public agencies and national and international arbitration centres, and restructuring and recovery of credit and companies. Also provides legal assistance to players involved in processes of debt restructuring, company recovery or bankruptcy, and provides assistance to companies in economic and financial difficulties, to creditors or to third parties interested in the acquisition of assets or in granting financing to such organisations. Has experience in industries such as automotive, banking, electronics, energy, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, chemical, services, retail, steelmaking, mining and food.

Received her LLB and specialisation degree in civil procedural law from Pontifícia Catholic University of São Paulo. Continuing education course in US private law and foundations of conflict dispute resolution at New York University and in credit recovery and debt restructuring at Fundação Getúlio Vargas. 

Member of the IBA, TMA Brazil, Insol International, CBAR (Brazilian Arbitration Committee) and ICDR Young & International.
