Ricardo attended Universidad Santa Maria la Antigua while working as a full-time paralegal at Alfaro Ferrer & Ramirez, obtaining his bachelor’s degree in law and political science with honors in 2007. He continued his studies at Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, DC, where he obtained a master’s degree (LLM) in 2008. After his studies at Georgetown University Law School, Ricardo worked at Fox Horan & Camerini in New York handling corporate and commercial transactions and assisting clients seeking to do business in Latin America. In 2009, he joined Alfaro Ferrer & Ramírez as an Associate lawyer and currently focuses on mergers & acquisitions, commercial, tax and corporate matters for local and international clients. He is current member of the Latin American Law Alumni Advisory Board of Georgetown University Law Center.
