Bernardo’s professional practice is focused mainly on project finance, M&A and healthcare industry. In the infrastructure arena he has advised financial institutions and developers in the construction and financing of numerous projects, such as highways, tunnels, aqueducts, water treatment plants and government buildings, oil-related constructions, platforms and other major works.
Prior to joining Galicia Abogados in 1996 he worked as an international associate at Sherman & Sterling, LLP in New York.
Bernardo also advises various health-related associations on a pro bono basis.
Bernardo graduated from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
