Currently a partner of Guevara & Gutierrez with expertise in international business transactions, structured finance, corporate, mergers and acquisitions, alternate dispute resolution, and development of natural resources: energy and mining. He was a foreign associate at Piper Rudnick LLP in New York USA, between 2001 and 2002; was General Secretary of the Mediation and Arbitration Center as well as legal counsel at the Bolivian National Chamber of Commerce between 1997 and 1998.
Mr Inchauste has an LLM in international legal studies from Georgetown University, Washington DC; a master’s in economic law from the Andean University in La Paz, Bolivia; and a Law degree from the Boliviana Catholic University in La Paz, Bolivia. He has several publications related to his areas of expertise that include Bolivian regulations on mergers and acquisitions; corporate governance and environmental law.
He was admitted to the La Paz Bar in 1997 and later admitted to the New York Bar in 2004. He speaks fluent Spanish and English.
