Pedro Serrano-Espelta specialises in corporate law, M&A, shareholders’ disputes and oil and gas.
He has advised local and foreign companies in corporate matters, including joint ventures, distribution and agency agreements, mergers, acquisitions, international arbitration and privatisations.
He was a visiting scholar at the University of California at Berkeley and received his LLM from the University of California.
Mr Serrano-Espelta worked in the law firm the Americas Law Group in San Francisco, California, from 1993 to 1996, where he advised American, Canadian and Mexican companies in distribution agreements, project financing and joint ventures. He also advised the government of the Republic of Chile in relation to its inclusion to the North American Free Trade Agreement.
Mr Serrano-Espelta has presented at conferences and seminars on issues related to his expertise. He is a member of the Bar of Buenos Aires.
